Mack was one of the first manufacturers to mount a cab directly over the engine, which increased the drivers visibility and manoeuvrability, which was particularly useful on crowded city streets, this saw the introduction of the "Manhattan" cab over engine model.
I'll have the pink one, please! Love these shots!
ReplyDeleteMy 4-year old daughter is on my knee as I am reading about antiques and when she spied the pink truck, "Daddy! Can we get one of those!"
ReplyDeleteIt really would garner a lot of attention and make for a great marketing vehicle. Not to mention being fun!
Someday we will have a pink truck like that to junk in. See you at the show!!
ReplyDeleteOf Course, I would love the purple one also, Oh how I wish!
