Where is Spring?

We can all use a dose of spring, here is a simple way to do it!

Creating sweet, simple bouquets is a snap. Combine garden-fresh blooms and a vintage tin for a picture-perfect arrangement.

VITAMIN F
Gardeners have known it all along: Flowers are natural mood-lifters. Now scientists are praising the power of petals. A Harvard University study found that placing small bouquets of flowers around your home strengthens feelings of compassion and decreases anxiety and worry. Snip fragrant cottage rose blossoms and float them in water in an antique muffin tin for an instant pick-me-up.
You could say: A flower a day keeps the anti-depressants away!
